Mohammed Ewangaye Didane reports back from a Web 2.0 training in Morocco

Mohammed Ewangaye Didane is the Regional Representative of IPACC in West Africa and the Executive Secretary of PROCECAP - SADAD. He is based in Niamey, Niger. In this short interview he shares his impressions on a two-day Web 2.0 training he attended in Morocco. The training has been organised and funded by CTA in collaboration with IPACC and Shalin Ry.
