My name is Andina Aste-Nieto and I am between undergraduate and graduate school in Cultural Anthropology. I was part of a National Science Foundation Research Experience for Undergraduates Fieldwork. program...*Please see comments below for the rest* *See above* that took place in Tulum, Quintana Roo in the summer of 2009. I am going on a trip to the Yucatan and Central America in November and December of this year, and I am planning on conducting some follow-up research in Tulum. I am hoping to figure out a way to generate some income while I am there, and I have a couple of years worth of transcribing and editing experience. Does anyone have any advice for me regarding how to get academic transcription jobs, preferably in Anthropology?
