I have published two papers on this. I have introduced Logo-syllabic thesis B as opposed to the old thesis which I have named A. However, the days of sensational (pseudo-) decipherments are over. We need an analytical approach now.

The Reconstruction of the Languages of the Indus Valley Civilization

I have proposed several all-new approaches which will work. However, we need inter-disciplinary teams. This can easily be executed and even major languages partially reconstructed independently.

How to trace the Indo-Europeanization of the world

My solution to the Aryan problem and the Indo-European question is presented in three of my papers. 

We can now indeed trace the Indo-Europeanization of the world at a fairly great level of detail. In my opinion, the only way to do this is to work backwards. 

(a) The first approach is the Outside in approach - start with Ireland first, UK next etc (Those languages which are the farthest from the Indo-European homeland in Central Asia will be analyzed first.)
