I'm an applied anthropologist working in the field of public health and am currently Associate Director of Health Promotion and Education at Western Michigan University. As an undergrad I studied biological and medical anthropology, where I did research on diabetes and other chronic "diseases of civilization." I completed a master's in global health and have spent the last two years doing community work, for non profits in the San Francisco Bay Area and am now in higher education. Thanks for the update. Honestly I'd forgotten all about this SfAA networking. I'll check it out again. Still working hard, still getting flack from the local anthros, still don't care--produced ORIGINS™ an international Indigenous theater festival in London this year.

Sure, I'm always happy to discuss opportunities! Why not e-mail me or call me--both on my website.
